2. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, course materials, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to The Restorative Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Our courses, website content and any materials provided are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute clinical advice for any individual patient, and delegates remain responsible for exercising their own professional clinical judgement.

4. Course booking and cancellation policy

A place on a course is requested via the booking form on our website and is held for 5 working days pending payment. Payment is made by bank transfer (BACS) against an invoice issued by The Restorative Academy. A place is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

Transfers and cancellations

Places may be transferred to another registered dentist at any time before the course, free of charge.

Cancellations:

• More than 28 days before the course: full refund, less a £150 administration charge.
• 14 to 28 days before the course: 50% refund.
• Under 14 days before the course, or non-attendance: no refund.

Moving to a future course date may be possible on request, subject to availability and any difference in the course fee.

If we postpone or cancel, you will be offered a place on the next available date or a full refund. We cannot reimburse travel or accommodation costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
